Dell Technologies Forum 2019 in Paris

The Dell Technologies Forum is THE customer event organized each year by Dell Technologies. For the 2019 edition held in Paris, the tech giant entrusted us with the complete management of the event: we roll up our sleeves and go for it!

The challenge

  • Reservation of a reception space for 2,500 people in the heart of Paris
  • Welcoming the participants
  • Setting up a plenary session of 1,500 people
  • Setting up the exhibition spot of the 26 sponsors
  • Creating a “startup village “
  • Coordination of the various service providers on site (catering, security, technical, etc.)
  • Organization of VIP meetings simultaneously with the event

The keys to success

3 months of meticulous preparation, no less was needed to ensure the smooth running of an event of this size. After having set our sights on the Carrousel du Louvre and its 6,600 m² reception areas under the mythical pyramid, all that remained was to work our magic: hosting a lively exhibition, 2 round tables, 4 startups, 32 live sessions and 2,054 participants for a day of total immersion into the world of Dell Technologies. Easy peasy!

One more experience

There is nothing like a gathering of this size to learn how to defy the laws of logistics! In charge from A to Z, our team doesn’t regret having planned the event for many months in order to be able to approach the D-day in the most serene way. The result: a day of exchanges between peers, clients and partners that went like clockwork!
